Craftmanship

Each piece is hand-selected from premium travertine stone and individually finished to highlight natural beauty. The dome form is precisely crafted to create even light diffusion while showcasing the stone's organic character.

No two ceiling lights are identical. Natural variations in travertine : veining, pitting, color shifts, are signs of authentic stone, not defects. Each piece tells the story of its origin.

The quality and weight of Yado reflects its premium construction. This is not a standard lightweight fixture, it's a sculptural art piece built to be a permanent, beautiful element of your home's architecture.

We believe in authentic materials and intentional craft. Yado is designed to be viewed and appreciated from below every single day for decades. The natural stone will develop character over time, becoming more beautiful with age.

Light In Japandi

In Japan, lighting is more than illumination. It's a design philosophy, a deliberate choice to create warmth and presence in your space.

When you fill your room with Japandi lighting, the soft ambiance instantly makes you feel relaxed. It wipes away the chaos of your day so you can actually be present with yourself or someone else.

No distractions.

Just presence.

The Travertine Collection

Formed over thousands of years by mineral rich hot springs, travertine carries a record no factory could replicate - every pit, vein, and irregularity a trace of how it came to be. No two pieces emerge alike. Cool and substantial in the hand, yet warm in tone, travertine grounds a space with the quiet weight of something genuinely old.

About This Piece

Yado takes it's name from the Japanese word for shelter, honoring the ceiling as a refuge above. Hand-finished travertine transforms overhead lighting into sculptural art that's viewed every day.

The light passing down through natural travertine creates subtle depth and character, emphasizing the stone's organic beauty and unique texture.

Professional installation ensures this premium fixture is properly supported. This is lighting for people who understand that even the ceiling deserves intentional, beautiful design.

collection, YADO pairs beautifully with HOTARU night lights, AKANE table lamps,
KUMO floor lamps, MUSHI sculptural pendants, TSUBO travertine pendants, and TAKE
bamboo wall sconces to create layered, warm, intentional ambient environments

patina, adding to its unique beauty. Professional installation and maintenance

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY:
Japandi interior design celebrates the intersection of Japanese minimalism and
Scandinavian craftsmanship. YADO embodies this perfectly: natural material,

experience. YADO transforms that ceiling into a work of art.
