Return and Refund Policy Overview

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. This does not apply to items that are on clearance or labeled as final sale.
  • Condition: The returned item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and without visible signs of damage. Any sign of damage will void this guarantee.
  • Requirements: To complete your return, We require a proof of purchase (order confirmation  email) along with your order number.

 

Return Costs

  • Defective Items: Will incur no cost to the customer. Defective includes all, but is not limited to, items that are incorrect, damaged in transit, or unable to be used as intended. Nahuit reserves the right to ask for photo or video as evidence of the defect. 
  • Customer Remorse (Change Of Mind): Will charge the   full cost of return shipping. This clause includes purchasing the wrong product, wrong size, or when the customer no longer wants the item. In this case the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

 

How to Return an Item (Step By Step)

  1. Contact our team at support@nahuit.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Be prepared to submit any photo or video evidence.
  2. Securely package your item, making sure its in its original packaging, including any tags, stickers, or accessories.
  3. Drop your package off at your local carrier, and request a receipt for proof of drop-off. For high price  items over $100, you may want to consider using a trackable-shipping service or purchasing additional shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item(s).   

 

Refund Process

Upon arrival, We'll inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. Once this process is approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution or payment provider. 

 

Exchanges

For any exchanges such as sizing or color of the same item, please contact support as soon as possible. Because We start working on your order immediately, any adjustments needed must be made within 24 hours. 

 

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable in their respective product descriptions.
